Eight private residential apartments over commercial are provided on the site.
The site is located along a busy street in Wandsworth and next to a listed public house within an up and coming area of London.
The new building replaces an existing detached commercial building with the existing tenant taking the commercial space within the new development.
The design occupies the entire footprint of the site with private amenity provided by inset balconies at first and second floor levels and large terrace areas at penthouse level.
The design is conceived as a series of brick bays punctuated by punched window and balcony openings and modulated with brick detailing.
The penthouse level is set back and adopts the same modular bay rhythm. It is clad with bronze metal panels with deep set window reveals to provide shading.
